so I think I owe you guys a real explanation as to what's going on...and why I've been rather silent...
so I gots a new computer, and however nice it is to have internet access without a honkin bonkin adaptor that breaks every few months...you know me, I procrastinate a lot. I get so talk to you guys moar, yay, but at the moment I'm trying to read 3 or 7 manga to be caught up for otakon next year. oh yeah...not going to be able to make it to otakon this year...BUT DEFINITELY NEXT YEAR. _{that's what you said last year madison.../shut up. I know.} I'm still trying to move stuff around and clean my room of 13 years of school before I have to start getting ready for college. *glances at towering piles of junk on desk* eeh heeeh...my own mess terrifies me. I can't even find my driver's license at the moment...it's just that bad.
and my cat just died. she was really sick, and we knew it was coming...I mean, she's my age, but it's still a little tough. we just had to keep checking on her, making sure she was okay for the past few days and that just...mm.
so the fam is leaving for the beach this weekend for some quality beach time, and I'll try to work on the rest of the individual character shots during the slow moments, so maybe I can have the rest of them up before I go to London in a few weeks.

man, I am really sorry d.gray people. I've been temporarily technology-less as I was transferring stuff to my new computer...and since I'm still in the process of ordering cs4 thru my college's website (yay, student discount!) I don't have photoshop (not even illustrator TT_TT) in the same place as my files...so I haven't been able to do anything. then I remembered my old computer (with photoshop cs and illustrator cs2) didn't need all of its files anymore...eh heh...so I'm scanning in sketches for ~Demonic-Lady and =bulba-girl-lover at the moment. like, right now. so expect those up by next week. and the group shot is taking FOREVER. FOREVER. FOREVER. FORE-we get the point, madison.
sorry. it's just...I'm working with a trackpad here, people...and it's a big picture...I mean we're talking 17 characters. Iunno...I'll post the flat colour version as soon as I get that done, so you all can help me out and correct any bad colours, costume errors, missing limbs, etc before I start shading, backgrounding, you know.

as for contest prizes, I know what *Dark-Xinnix wants...and that's about it. anyone else who won, double check what you're earned and note me with info so I can keep track of info and start to set up pieces.

I've sketched ~Fir3Ph03n1X's and ~mild-marrow's characters, they're next up on the scanning que...OH~! sorry, those were the guys from this->[link] journal, where I asked for victorian names to make characters for. unless I already have that name...pssst...I've got a lot, actually, but they're rather boring...so i still need names. OH~! sorry, they're for a possible short series I'll do...yay, projects~! they're my guys and gals I work on when computer screens burn my eyes, so don't worry about your stuff not getting done. at the moment, the plot is mostly doodles. I'm not expecting drafts to emerge until the end of summer, at least. but I really want to legit put effort into a mini-manga longer than 2 pages.
